For more than a decade, I’ve worked as a technical instructor teaching engines, systems, and mechanical science to adult learners in aviation and industrial settings. My approach has always centered on clarity and structure, and the feedback I receive reflects that. Learners consistently highlight my ability to make complex content understandable, practical, and engaging.

Over time, I’ve become deeply invested in the narrative side of teaching, the way framing, sequencing, and intentional language can change how people absorb complex systems. These skills grew out of years in the classroom, paying attention to what landed and what didn’t, and learning how to shape explanations so they actually stick. Today, I help instructors build these narrative tools in a grounded, practical way that supports clarity and confidence.

I believe in the craft of instruction. Narrative gives technical teaching its structure — the flow and logic that turn complexity into something learners can retain and use. When we treat instruction as a craft, learners gain clarity, confidence, and real capability. The same structures that have shaped stories for centuries can shape clearer, more effective technical instruction.
